The pricing of our Titanium watch has 3 stages.

STAGE 1

If you support the project at the earliest stage, you become in Swiss German a "Götti" or "Gotte" of the project, in english its called godparents. It has long tradition in Switzerland and in our family that each kid has one "Götti" (Male) and a "Gotti" (Female) growing up. They support you and help taking care of you. If you choose to support the project at the earliest stage, you are enjoying the best price but need to wait the longest :))) The support pledge is 100% refundable before delivery. So should you change your mind later, you can get back your money any time. This stage is limited to 10 Supporters per color.

STAGE 2

After we complete the samples and are ready for production, the pre order phase is starting. You still enjoy a discounted price compared to the store price and your wait is less long than the STAGE 1 phase. The support pledge is 100% refundable before delivery. So should you change your mind later, you can get back your money any time.

STAGE 3

We finished the production of the watch and it is now in stock. You can enjoy the newsletter discount. After you placed the order, we ship the watch within few days to you.

THE WATCH

THE CASE

The BASILEA TITANIUM collection watches are made out of titanium grade 5. The DLC coating protects the watch and gives it an overall a matte look. On top sits a double domed and box shapped sapphire crystal with 7 layers of clear AR-Coating, on the case back there is a flat sapphire with 5 layers of AR-Coating. The watch has 100 meter water resistance.

The case dimensions are 39 mm in diameter, 47 mm lug to lug with a height of 10.00 mm and a strap lug size of 20 mm.

The case back and the crown are screwed-in and secured with rubber O-rings.

THE STRAP

The rubber strap is made in Switzerland with genuine rubber. It is a tropic style rubber strap with quick release system for easy strap changes on the watch. The buckle is made out of titanium to match the watch case.

THE MOVEMENT

The Swiss made Soprod M100 automatic is a premium mechanical movement. The rotor is custom made for WICKED WATCH CO. by SOPROD and the screws are blued.

It is the heart piece of our watch and feature:

THE HANDS

The hands are made out of brass and feature a multi-faceted overall design, polished chamfered edges and a brushed middle groove with cut outs for the Swiss Super-LumiNova® application.

THE DIAL

The dial plate is made out of recycled brass from Switzerland. The geomatric form is a tribute to the historical architecture of our hometown Basel, they can be found everywhere and the tirangles arranged as hexagons are our interpretation of it. The dials are matte. The indices and the logo are machined with high precision CNC machines.

The chapter ring is casted out of Swiss Super-LumiNova® and is one solid 3D lume piece, this technique is quite new and we are probably the first microbrand to use it in their chapter rings. The glow effect and longevity are much better than printed lumed chapter rings.

THE LUME

The BASILEA collection features the powerful and long lasting Swiss Super-LumiNova® BGW-9 Grade A ef on the hands and indices. The pigments are white at day time and glowing blue/greenish at night.

The chapter ring is casted as a solid lume 3D block with BGW-9 Grade A ef.

SWISS MADE

WICKED WATCH CO. is a proud member of the crossbow SWISS MADE LABEL, an association of Swiss companies that committed themselves to produce more than 70% of the production costs in Switzerland. It is a more strict label than the normal SWISS MADE, which requires only 60%. (read more about the association)

The production cost of the BASILEA TITANIUM collection is generated with 80.57 % in Switzerland. We will be increasing that percentage in the future projects.
