Doesn't matter where you are in the world, our warranty is valid worldwide and you can relax and enjoy a stunning timepiece.
Warranty
The warranty starts on purchase date and last for 36 months or 3 years. But even after that time you will able to get your precious watch serviced.
Warranty Terms
Your WICKED WATCH is backed by a comprehensive warranty from the original date of purchase against all manufacturing defects for 36 months . The only components covered under warranty are the hands, dial, and watch movement. If the timepiece proves to be defective in workmanship or materials under normal use, it will be repaired free of charge at the discretion of one of our Repair Centers or replaced. Please note that a return shipping fee will apply to all warranty service.
Not covered
(a) Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
(b) Damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering with or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the Instructions.
(c) Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other components caused by wear or accident.
(d) Moisture damage to a watch not marked ‘water resistant’ on the case back or damage from moisture in ‘water resistant’ models that is a result of opening the watch, broken or damaged components.
(e) Steam damage to any kind of watch
(f) Damage caused by the consumer’s failure to have the watch serviced at the consumer’s expense in accordance with the following schedule of regular maintenance.
(g) unauthorized opening of casebacks or removing of sapphire crystal will lead to immediate termination of warranty.
